    All of these programmes offer a sound theoretical grounding and the development of practical coaching and mentoring skills. Stimulating workshops, coaching practice and reflective learning are used to change the way participants think and interact with others.

    All Insight coaches are experienced and qualified, are members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and accredited in their fields. They are drawn from different professional backgrounds and use a wide variety of approaches and techniques. Insight is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the successful completion of the programmes entitles participants to gain nationally recognised qualifications.
