Whether part of a wider performance development system, or used before training events to identify priorities for development, 360° feedback is a convenient and objective method of gathering specific opinion about managerial or supervisory performance from the people who are directly affected by it.
The Insight 360° system is an on-line process which invites the individual, his or her line manager, peers (or customers) and line reports to give their view of performance with specific reference to the competencies that are most directly related to effectiveness.
We can supply generic packages, or, to maximise the power of the feedback, incorporate your own competencies within Insights, and also help you define what these are, if necessary.
The system is easy for respondents to use anonymously, allowing information to be returned to Insight quickly and confidentially via the internet. All data is automatically incorporated into a report which can be sent directly to the individual, or fed back in a 1-to-1 by one of our experienced facilitators.
