Insight’s workshops/centres have succeeded in helping sales people to improve their sales performance, helping leaders to resolve difficult people management problems and supporting managers to extend their personal effectiveness.
Our events are usually designed to reflect “a day in the life” of the participants, and present people with realistic simulations of the challenges they face at work. At the outset, participants are provided with documents relating to a series of activities and are then given space to organise themselves, prepare and then deliver.
