Insight’s Award Winning assessment centres are designed to ensure that candidates can actually perform as well as they tell you they can perform.
Research shows that traditional selection interviews have a low-moderate success rate for selecting high quality candidates. Whilst interviews are good opportunities to talk about experience and knowledge they do not provide a rigorous way to observe and assess people ‘in action’. Our assessment centres address this gap, adding objectivity and fairness to the process.
Insight has designed and implemented quality assessment centres for a wide range of positions across both public and private sectors. We design exercises that simulate the real challenges of the job, such as:
role-plays
interactive presentations
analysis and decision-making exercises
task group meetings
customer interactions
In addition, we use personality indicators, ability tests, motivation questionnaires and specialist interview techniques.
