Paul has extensive experience in working with senior teams across the public, private and voluntary sectors, including the delivery of programmes in local government, social housing, NHS, education institutions and private clients.

She is richly experienced in assessment and development centre design and delivery (to senior management and director level), search and selection, psychometric profiling and competency frameworks.
Tori brings a friendly, innovative, pragmatic and commercially sensitive approach to her projects across both public and private sectors.

Pip works as an Assessment Centre Manager, organising the logistics, timetables and resources for Insight’s occupational assessment team. She is trained in the full range of assessment centre activities and psychometrics and has also developed assessment exercises.
Pip is particularly interested in effective team working and has recently developed the Team Effectiveness Questionnaire for diagnostic use with teams at all levels in an organisation. This questionnaire was successfully launched recently for one of Insight’s international clients.
