Action Learning is a facility that combines action on real work-based issues with supported learning. Action Learning Sets provide people who have a preference for pragmatic learning with the opportunity to learn and develop solutions for individual work based issues in a relatively short period of time. In small groups people work alongside challenging projects, tasks or specific development programmes and support each other to identify creative solutions for their particular working environments.

    Insight offers Action Learning for people from all organisational levels and functions. Each group will work with the support of an experienced and skilled Insight facilitator.
